Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsshinkafar tuwo (sticky rice)
  2. Water
  3. Spinach (washed and cut)
  4. Fresh tomatoes
  5. Bell peppers
  6. Onions
  7. Scotch bonnets
  8. Daddawa (Locust beans)
  9. Garlic
  10. Meat and meat stock
  11. cubesSeasoning
  12. Ginger powder
  13. Groundnut
  14. Palm oil
  15. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water, wash and add your rice.

  2. 2

    Cook until soft, then mix it to become a paste.

  3. 3

    Mould to your desired shape.

    Blend your tomatoes, red and scotch bonnets, onion, garlic and groundnut together. Fry in hot palm oil.

    Cover and allow to cook for some minutes.

    For the soup, boil your meat with spices until soft, keep aside

  7. 7

    Dont over cook the spinach. Turn off the flame and serve hot.

    Add the boiled meat, meat stock, seasoning, spices, ginger powder and mix everything.

    Finally, add your spinach and simmer for 2mins.
