  1. 8-10 pcsmedium size potatoes 🥔
  2. 1 cupfresh milk
  3. 3 tbspbutter
  4. Garlic
  5. Salt black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut d potatoes in quarter,6pieces or 8pcs depending on d size

    Add the potatoes in d pot add enough water,salt and cook for at least b12-15munites or until pork tender,strain d potatoes

  3. 3

    Place clean pot on heat add d strain potatoes,by doing this we want to remove all d excess water from the potatoes

    At this stage the potatoes are ready for the big mashing😁at dis point I’m not using potatoes masher because all I need is super mashed potatoes so I’m using sieve, I will be mashing from from d sieve and use spoon to scrape d from the sieve bottom

    After the working out from d mashing😁,it’s a bit head using masher was a bit easier one,😁😁,I add the butter and some crushed garlic in to the milk and microwave

    Then I pour the milk mixture in to the mashed potatoes with some sprinkles black pepper and and mix throughly

    Tataaaaaan here we our creamy side mashed potatoes
