  1. 3medium potatoes
  2. 1tblspn butter
  3. 1/4tspn turmeric powder
  4. 1/2taspn crushed ugu leaf
  5. 1/4tspn chilli
  6. 1/4tspn tomato paste
  7. Pinchtomato seasoning

    Peel and wash potatoes, add to pot and cook until is well cooked

  2. 2

    Strain the potatoes with a silver sieve, by pressing the potatoes. Add butter and mix well.

    Divide the mashed potatoes into 3 potions. Add chilli, tomato paste, tomatoes seasoning to one potion.

    Add the crushed ugu leaf to the second potion

  5. 5

    Add the turmeric powder to the 3rd portion and miX

  6. 6

    Mold each into a ball.
    Divide each ball into two, to six portions

  7. 7

    Make a rectangular shape with each, and layer them colour by colour, then cut it in 3 and plate it like this

    Serve with beans sauce. 😋🙌😋Its delicious and healthy.
