This is my second time making mashed potato & it turn out great😇
Cooking Instructions

Peel wash & cut potato into chunks, cook for about 20 minutes until soft then strain water & mash add in the salt, black pepper & butter then continue mashing.

Add water to powdered milk & use or you can use liquid milk. Pour in the milk & continue mashing until soft & creamy then transfer into a bowl drizzle some melted butter & sprinkle some chopped parsley.

For the brown gravy, add in oyster & dark soy sauce into a sauce pan or small pot, add in the corn flour & water mix well & add some salt or seasoning cubes for taste cook on low heat while stirring continuously to avoid lumps until it thickens then remove from heat & serve. Enjoy😋😋😋🍽

😁😄don’t mind me using whisk to mash. Use potato masher instead.
