Kofta in béchamel sauce with mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  1. cubeSeasoning
  2. 1/4 cupFlour
  3. 1 cupMilk 1 cup cream
  4. 1small Onion
  5. Salt
  6. 1small bunch Cilantro
  7. Minced chicken
  8. Onion
  9. Kofta spices(cumin, coriander, cinnamon,cayenne pepper)
  10. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  11. Potatoes
  12. Garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Add the chicken breast cilantro kofta spices oil garlic salt and onion, process until all the ingredients are incorporated. Pour it in a container n put it in a fridge for an hour

    After and hour remove it from the fridge and rub oil in your hand take a portion of the chicken mixture and shape them in to cylinder.

    Shallow fry it/grill till golden brown

    For the bechamel sauce, melt butter in a pan and add sliced onion, seasoning and sauté, add flour and mix. Gradually start adding the milk and cream whilst mixing (to avoid lumps) until it’s smooth. Add the kofta in to the sauce and parsley.

    Simmer for few more minutes

    Feel and boil potatoes till very smooth. Add butter salt and cream mix till smooth.

    Serve
