Ingredients

  1. Halfkg chicken breast small cut
  2. Marination spices
  3. Halfcup yogurt
  4. 2-3 tbsp shan Tandoori masala powder
  5. Salt to tatse
  6. 1 tbsCoconut powder
  7. 1 tbsoil
  8. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  9. Halfcup Fried onions
  10. 1 tbsCumin powder
  11. 1 tbsgaram masala powder
  12. 2.3 tbsOil for frying
  13. 1 tbsred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspRed food colour

Cooking Instructions

    Blend all marination spices.Wash and marinate chicken with marination spices.mix well

    Keep it refrigerated overnight or 5 to 6 hours in an air tight bowl.fry in a pan for half an hour.when marination dries and chicken is soft and tender.

    Served hot. sprinkle some coriander leaves. optional.

    Served with chapati and aloo ka raita and lettuce, sliced onions and olives.
