Lentils & Porc Chops

Ingredients

  1. Bouquet Garni
  2. Beef Bouillon
  3. 2onions
  4. 5cloves
  5. 5carrots
  6. 3porc chops
  7. 250 glardons
  8. 1:2 bag dried lentils
  9. 1little butter

Cooking Instructions

    Soak lentils overnight

  2. 2

    While cooking lentils in a pressure cooker, fry porc chops until light brown

  3. 3

    Transfer porc chops to lentils and cook in a large stovetop pit

  4. 4

    Add bouquet garni, spices, herbs, and bouillon

  5. 5

    Pierce a whoe white ontion with 5 cloves and let boil with lentils

  6. 6

    Chop carrots into large cylinders and add to lentils

  7. 7

    Fry lardons in a pan

  8. 8

    Fry onions in lardon

  9. 9

    Add onions and lardon to lentils and cook for another 30 minutes
