Ingredients

30-35 mins
10-12 servings
  1. 4 cupsrice
  2. 5 litreswater
  3. Left over stew
  4. Cooked meat
  5. Seasoning
  6. Spices
  7. Onions/scallion
  8. Veg oil

Cooking Instructions

30-35 mins
  1. 1

    Wash rice and strain,

    In a pot, add oil

  3. 3

    Crushed garlic and the leftover stew

  4. 4

    Saute for a while, add in the spices, bay leaves inclusive

  5. 5

    Mix everything together and let it cook for 3-5mins

  6. 6

    Then add in your rice and stir fry, add in your stock and give it a quick mix

  7. 7

    Add in hot water and seasoning, mix and close the pot to let it cook. Lower the flame and cook for 25mins

  8. 8

    Turn off the heat, add in the scallion and let it steam for 5 more mins then serve
