Simple Chicken Cordon Bleu Simple Chicken Cordon Bleu
I found this recipe in my wife’s “draft recipes” and completed it. This is her take on chicken Cordon Bleu updated for a faster, simpler cook. It takes very little time and there’s no rolling, breading or wondering if it’s done. The sauce is lightened up but still creamy and very flavorful. It can also be made ahead and broiled right before serving. fenway -

After seeing a display in the supermarket, I started to daydream and came up with this.Cook until the surface of the chicken is crispy, then steam for a short time. The meat will have a moist, tender finish. If you go easy on the spices, the kids will love it too. Recipe by Nico cookpad.japan
