Ingredients

For 4 people
  1. 300 gbean sprouts
  2. 50 gcarrot
  3. 2 slicesraw-shiiatke mushrooms
  4. 1 table spoonbutter
  5. ★2 table spoons miso
  6. ★4 tea spoons sugar
  7. ★4 tea spoons Cooking-sake

Cooking Instructions

    Remove beard root from bean sprouts. Cut Carrot and shiitake into shreds after removing the stalks.

    Melt butter on frying-pan. After that, stir fry bean sprouts, carrot, and shiitake. Once they're soft, add "★".Boil off excess liquid with heat.
