Cooking Instructions

Wash and cut your meat into small eatable parts and put in a pot.

Put in your ginger/garlic paste, cut onions and put in all your spices. (You can use any spice mix of your choice) not only the ones listed. Put in little water

Cover the pot and cook the meat till soft. Do not pour in too much water because we want the water to drain in the meat. You can check in at intervals to Add more water if your meat is not soft enough.

Once your meat is soft, with a little bit of water remaining, bring your kuli kuli mixture and sprinkle on the meat while stirring, until the meat is completely coated

Then add your oil and continue to stir.

Add more onions and continue to stir. At this point the meat will have a very beautiful aroma, this indicates it's done.

Garnish with lettuce, onions and tomatoes
