Steps

Add ghee in a pan and add onion sliced and turn it into light golden colour.Than add g.g paste and add minced cook it for 5 min.

Than add all spices cook it very well and add 1 cup water.Cover it and cook for 10 min on slow flame

Than sprinkle whole spice powder and garnish with Coriander

For dough....in a bowl add flour,oil &salt,curd.in a glass add 1 cup luke warm water and add yeast,suger and let it rest for 5 min untill yeast may rise.than add this water in dry flour and kneed it very well for 10 min to make a soft dough.cover it with towel for 2 hours untill it may rise and double in volume

After 2 hours kneed it again and make a ball and put mince and make it ball.Than make a chappati and grease try with butter and bake it for 20,25 min in pre_heat oven.

Than keep it in a try and apply butter immediately and take some shopper and wet it with water and apply it on naan
