Cooking Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, maggi(3) and butter. Add water to make the dough

Cover and allow to stay for 30minutes

Cook your meat with the above spices and seasoning to your taste. Drain the stock and mince the meat

In a pan, fry a little oil with onion, ginger and garlic paste. Add your ground tattasai and fry. Then add your meat, chopped carrots and spices

Add your meat stock and mix. Then make a watery paste of flour and water and add. Mix and cook for some minutes on medium heat. Your filling should be ready by now

Cut the dough into smaller balls, roll and cut, add your fillings, press the sides of the pie and bake.
NB: there was no light so I had to fry mine
