Cinnamon toast is a favorite of my husband. Not always making cinnamon bread I needed something to help regular toast. Here it is!

I've made no secret of the fact that I can't bake. Which is unfortunate, because freshly baked cinnamon buns, with or without cream cheese frosting, are among my very, very favourite foods. So I made this dessert to compensate, at least a little. It's sweet, it's buttery, it's cinnamony, it's pretty darned good. The observant may notice that the recipe calls for 9 slices of bread, but the picture only shows 6 toasts. That's because my daughter swiped 3 while I was setting up the photo. If that's not an endorsement, I don't know what is.

I was looking for a good glaze and made this

I find it overwhelming if both sides are buttered so I put butter, sugar, and cinnamon on only one side of the bread. The measurement of the butter, sugar, and cinnamon would depend on your preference. :) I don't have a toaster so I use pan instead.

Today I decided to make some cookies, and then I had seen some cinnamon and decided to make cookies with cinnamon and here is the recipe.

We use cinnamon sugar on buttered english muffins and toast often, also I use it as a flavorful garnish and/or topping for cakes, cupcakes, bownies, bars, cookies, muffins, candies, fruit and whipped cream. It is also really good on oatmeal and cereal!
