This drink is super refreshing ,the addition of the pineapples takes it to a whole different t levels...
You can make it as smoothie or extract and take as a juice, which ever way you choose, it still comes out real yum.😋😊😉

Ingredients

4-5 adults
  1. 3 cupsTigernuts
  2. 2medium size coconut
  3. I big pineapple peeled and cut into chucks
  4. 2 cupsdates
  5. 3-5 cupschilled water
  6. 2ginger peeled and cut in small sizes

Cooking Instructions

    Remove any dirt, Wash the tigernuts and soak over night,

    Wash the dates,removed the seeds and soak over night to soften

    Break the coconut,cut into small sizes and set aside.

    Peel the ginger and cut into small sizes too.

    Get your blender,add the washed the tigernut, coconuts,pineapple,dates and ginger..add enough chilled water, the chilled water helps keep the freshness while blending, trust me on this...👊😉

    Blend till you have a smooth consistency.

    Pour the blended tigernuts into a fine sieve cloth and squeeze out the juice...

    Add extra chilled water and ensure you get all the juice out..

    Pour the juice into a jar and chill or into a tall glass and just enjoy...🙃🙂
