In a pot add a cup of water bring to boil

Then turn off your gas let the water sit for to mins then stir in your couscous

Add your veggies

Add your bullion cube

Add your vegetable oil

Add your sardines (optional)

Stir everything together and cover your pot

Open the lid stir everything together again and serve with your rice or any meal of your choice,or eat it like that

Cover it and let it sit for 5mins

Vegetables and beans add texture and colour to couscous salad.
