Cooking Instructions

To make the dough: warm the milk until it is getting nice
and warm,Add the milk to a mixing bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the yeast and stir to combine. Let the yeast rest for 5 minute - 2
Add the beaten eggs, flavour and melted butter to the bowl and stir to combine.

While the mixer is running slowly, add the flour and salt mix until the dough comes together. Mix for a whole five minutes to work the dough well. Turn off the bowl and let the dough sit in the bowl of the mixer for 10 minute

If you’re not using a mixer, knead for 40-45 minutes and allow to rest for 5 minutes

Cut into desired shape and leave to rise in a air tight space for 1hour

Fry on medium heat until golden brown

Chocolate Donut Glaze:
In a medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Slowly stir in milk and vanilla extract. Whisk until silky and smooth. If you need a touch more milk to make this a dippable glaze, add a bit more. - 8
Dip doughnuts in chocolate glaze and let rest to harden slightly.

I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these!You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil.
