    Cut all your veggies to desired shape

    Cut the onion in a half, blend the pepper with half of the onion

  3. 3

    In a non sticky pan, pour the blended pepper mix, let it cook for 5min, add the vegetables and the maggi, toss and allow to cook till the liquid is almost dry

  4. 4

    Stir on the rice and keep stiring for like 5min. Put off the heat and serve

    I love it peppery 😋😋
