Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 15 mlhoney(or more to taste)
  2. 15 mlApple cider vinegar
  3. 7.5 mlfreshly squeezed lime juice
  4. 1 teaspoonfresh turmeric/⅓ teaspoon dried
  5. 1 teaspoongrated ginger
  6. Pinchfreshly ground black pepper
  7. 250 mlwater
  8. Ice(as desired)

Cooking Instructions

    Combine honey,ACV, lime juice, turmeric, ginger and black pepper in a jar and stir to dissolve honey. Add water and stir to combine

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to a day. The longer it steeps, the stronger the turmeric and ginger flavors

  3. 3

    Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discard solids and taste. Sweeten with more honey, if desired.

    Serve over ice and enjoy!
