Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 tea spoonbaking powder
  3. 1/4 cupbutter
  4. 1/2 table spoonsalt
  5. 1/2medium onion grated
  6. Some water

Cooking Instructions

    Sift flour into a bowl, add in salt, butter, grated onion, baking powder & some water to make a dough. Mix well for 5 minutes knead for another 5 minutes.

    Allow to rest for another 5 minutes then sprinkle flour on a surface roll the dough cut it out using a sharp knife of cutter use fork to prick the middle & fry in hot oil until golden brown.

    Remove from oil, allow to cool then serve. Can be served with tea, juice or drink😋😋😋 tastes much better after a day or two👌👍 enjoy! I enjoyed this delicious cracker with my children.

    But as I said earlier tastes much better the next day I dip mine with ketchup & chili.
