Ingredients

  1. 1/2medium yam
  2. 3red bell peppers
  3. 2scotch pepper
  4. 1large onion
  5. cubesSalt & seasoning
  6. 1/2 tea spoonCurry & thyme
  7. 1red onga
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 1/2 cupflour

    Peel, wash and cut yam add into a pot with some water sprinkle some salt allow to cook until soft and tender then strain water and set aside. Grind red bell pepper and scotch pepper using motor and pestlel or food processor add into a pot or pan.

    Slice the onions and add into the pepper mixture add in 2 serving spoon oil fry for a couple of minutes then add in salt and seasonings to your taste, add in curry & thyme stir well if you have some shredded fish or meat you can add it then Remove from heat. Then pound the cook yam with some of the sauce until every thing is well incorporated.

    Then roll the yam and sauce mixture into round balls as seen in the picture 👆 above sprinkle some flour on them to prevent them from
    Crumbling during frying. Crack & whisk the egg add the yam balls
    Into the egg mixture then into hot oil and fry until brown then flip to the other side and fry until brown then remove from oil.

    Repeat the process until yam mixture is finished ✅ then serve and enjoy!!!😋😋😋
