Ingredients

  1. Rice grits
  2. Green cabbage
  3. Crushed groundnuts
  4. Scotch bonnets (grounded)
  5. Onions (sliced)
  6. cubesSeasonings
  7. 1 sachetaji no moto
  8. Salt
  9. Grounded kuli kuli
  10. Fried groundnut oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice grits and drain. Cut the cabbage and wash with salt. Drain and set aside. Transfer the rice grits to a bowl and add the cabbage, onion, scotch bonnets,groundnut, seasonings and mix.

    Mix thoroughly and transfer it to a steamer. Steam until it's completely cooked (stirring it in interval).

    When it's done, transfer to another bowl and allow it to cool.

    Add your fried oil, kuli kuli and mix. Serve and enjoy.
