Sauteed Beef in Garlic Butter Soy Sauce

My husband loved it when I made steak flavored with garlic, butter, and soy sauce, so I started making a before-payday version using inexpensive thinly cut meat.

This is great with shimeji mushrooms or spinach. I buy beef when it's on sale, and make this recipe when I don't have time. I used brisket offcuts this time, but I think it's good made with other cuts of beef. It's best to use a cut with some fat. For 2 to 3 servings. Recipe by Takuchi
