Steak With Lots of Vegetables- Wasabi Garlic Sauce

In our house, we serve steak with tons of vegetables on top.
You can enjoy lots of meat and lots of vegetables too. The sauce is my original recipe. It's easy since it can be made in the microwave. Wasabi goes so well with this.
If you have the meat at room temperature before cooking it, it will cook up nicely. Season with salt and pepper just before cooking. Be sure to dry off the vegetables well. For 4 servings. Recipe by Muuko

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bring the steak to room temperature.
- 2
Slice the onion thinly. Soak in a bowl of cold water to reduce the harshness, then drain well. Cut the mizuna into 3 cm pieces. Cut the bell peppers into half lengthwise, then slice thinly horizontally. Dry all the vegetables well. Slice the garlic thinly.
- 3
Combine the ★ ingredients in a heatproof container.
- 4
Season the beef with salt and pepper. Heat a pan and cook the beef, together with the sliced garlic. Cook the beef to your desired degree of doneness! I recommend medium rare to medium.
- 5
When the beef is cooked, slice it diagonally 1.5-2cm and transfer to a serving plate. Put the fried garlic into the container with the sauce.
- 6
Mound the cut up vegetables on top of the beef.
- 7
Microwave the sauce with the garlic for 1 to 1 and a half minutes (1 minute at 700 W, 1 and a half minutes at 500 W; no need to cover in plastic wrap). Dissolve the wasabi into the warmed sauce.
- 8
Pour the sauce over the vegetables and beef, and serve.
