  1. 1 1/4 cupflour
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. 1/2 tbspnbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tbspnvanilla flavor (mekang)
  6. 4eggs
  7. 1/2and 1/4 cup sugar

    In a clean bowl add the egg York, water, 1/2cup sugar, flavor, oil and whisk with a whisker. Then add the flour and baking powder and fold with a spatula

    In a separate bowl add the egg white and add 1/4 cup of sugar beat with a mixer in high speed

  3. 3

    When your egg white is ready add the egg white into the York mixture in two batches and fold using a spatula (be very careful when adding the egg white mixture don’t over mix it)

    Line your baking pan with a baking paper. Add your batter mixture into the pan and bake for 20 to 25mns
