Ingredients

  1. 9 cupswater
  2. 3 Tchicken bouillon
  3. 2 tspsoy sauce
  4. 0.5 Tground white pepper (1/2 tsp for less spice)
  5. 1/2 tspsesame oil (optional)
  6. Few drops yellow food coloring (optional)
  7. 1/3 cupcold water
  8. 3 T cornstarch
  9. 3 Tchopped fresh chives/green onions
  10. 6eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Combine water, bouillon, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, & food coloring. Bring to a boil.

    Combine cornstarch with cold water, then add to boiling soup.

  3. 3

    Add chives/green onions.

  4. 4

    Beat eggs and stir into rapid boiling soup.
