Milk Insert Sheet (For Bread)

The rich milk flavor of this insertion goes really well with most kinds of dough. There's also a basic sheet that allow for easy variations.
The heating times will vary according to the wattage of your microwave. For 1 loaf of bread. Recipe by Yukiline
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add the strong flour, cornstarch, and sugar to a heat-resistant container while measuring. Use a whisk to mix in a circular motion. Soften and smooth it out here to avoid clumping later.
- 2
Mix in the milk a little at a time. Then add the condensed milk and mix well. Be careful not to let lumps form.
- 3
Heat in the microwave at 700 W for about 1 minute 40 seconds. After mixing add the egg white and mix in.
- 4
Microwave again, 700 W for about a minute. Mix, then add and melt the butter and use a rubber spatula to knead well.
- 5
It'll be thick and glossy after kneading. Wrap, make into a 15 x 18 cm shape, and once it's cooled, place in the freezer.
