Baby Milk Rolls (with a bread maker)

These are as soft and smooth as a baby's skin, even from the time of shaping the dough. I'm always amazed at how fluffy and soft they are even after baking.
Jam and butter go well with their milky rich taste, but they're so good, I just pop them in my mouth as is.
Dust the dough with flour and press in the cooking chopstick firmly, to make a clear indentation.
If you use too little flour, or don't press hard enough, the indentation will disappear. For 8 rolls. Recipe by Mimimiccho

These rolls are a bit hit with my family. It is also a really useful bread when entertaining guests. They're double-milkly with condensed milk and regular milk. The key is to put in condensed milk! Milk spoils quickly in the summer, so be sure to make this bread quickly and efficiently when it's hot (don't use the time-delay feature on your bread machine and so on). Cream Rolls with Choux Pastry Made In a Bread Maker Cream Rolls with Choux Pastry Made In a Bread Maker
It's really easy to make Kikomoe's custard cream recipe and Poku-chan's choux pastry recipe so I came up the idea of combining them with a bread recipe.Make sure to properly chill the custard cream. I recommend doubling the original recipe so that you don't run out. If you fill the cream rolls with more than 1 tablespoon of filling they may explode, so don't go too crazy! You can't make the choux pastry ahead, so make sure to start preparing your ingredients during the second bread dough proofing. If you follow these instructions closely, you shouldn't have any problems. Recipe by Gomeko cookpad.japan -
