I created a simple and healthy grilled dish with lots of fragrant ginger.

I used a standard-sized 1000 W oven toaster. Adjust the cooking time depending on your oven toaster. For 2-4 servings. Recipe by caramel-cookie

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1pack Maitake mushrooms
  2. 8Green beans
  3. 1 sliceSmall aburaage
  4. 1 pieceGinger
  5. 1 tbspVinegar
  6. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 2 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Mince the ginger and mix with the ◎ ingredients.

    Separate the maitake mushroom into bite sizes. Cut the green beans into 5 cm length.

  3. 3

    Pour boiling water over the aburaage in circular motion and thinly slice.

  4. 4

    On a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, lay the ingredients from Steps 2 and 3, taking care not to overlap.

  5. 5

    Grill in an toaster oven for 4-5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Dress with the sauce you made in Step 1.

  7. 7

    Transfer to a serving dish.
