Maitake Mushrooms and Green Beans with a Ginger and Vinegar Dressing

I created a simple and healthy grilled dish with lots of fragrant ginger.

Cooking Instructions

Mince the ginger and mix with the ◎ ingredients.

Separate the maitake mushroom into bite sizes. Cut the green beans into 5 cm length.

Pour boiling water over the aburaage in circular motion and thinly slice.

On a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, lay the ingredients from Steps 2 and 3, taking care not to overlap.

Grill in an toaster oven for 4-5 minutes.

Dress with the sauce you made in Step 1.

Transfer to a serving dish.
