Season special recipe raw mango saaru/rasam is simple and tasty recipe.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash peel and cut in pieces then make smooth paste with green chilly and little water.
- 2
Transfer to a vessel add double water check it if needed add little more,add salt,jagarry and boil till rawness of mango goes.
- 3
Prepare tadka with ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves and hing, add to the prepared rasam mix it,cook for few minutes.

Raw mango saaru is ready to serve with rice or can drink like soup also.
