Recipe in development. I update each try.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat to 325. Prepare bread pan. I use crisco thought then parchment on top.
- 2
Combine wet, combine dry. Pause to check the smell of wet - it should smell good af. If it doesn't you did it wrong. Add wet to dry - Mix together. No electric mixing or over mixing - I like spatulas. Then add to pan.
- 3
325 for about 1hr. Check at 55 for doneness.

Try this recipe if you have a pair of left over bananas - those which are overly ripe and the skins have slightly darkened. The quantity is enough for a 20x10x5 pan.

I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour.
