Banana bread

I've always wanted to try the banan bread. It turned out really yummy as my family(and me) ate it in just 2 days!
It's a very easy recipe, anyone can prepare it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2bananas
  2. 1 cupflour(I used cornflour and wholewheat flour 50:50)
  3. 2 tbspsugarless(dutch)cocoa powder
  4. 2 tspcinnamon
  5. 1/2 cupnuts(I used only walnut)
  6. 1 tspoil(olive/coconut or any other type of oil)
  7. 1/2 cupwater
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. 1/2 packetbaking powder
  10. 1 pinchsalt
  11. 2 tbspsweetener(I used eritrit)

Cooking Instructions

    Smash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.

    Then add all the other ingredients to the banana and mix them well.

  3. 3

    Take this mix into a tray which is covered with baking paper and a bit of butter or oil. Bake it for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
