Combination of several online recipes. try to make the ingredient 'less wet' to allow better rise
Cooking Instructions

Combine butter, sugar and eggs. Sufficient to use a regular spatula to mix

Sift in flour, baking powder and salt

Mash bananas with a fork and add it in

Bake at 180 degC for 1 hour

Let it cool before cutting it. Best to let it cool on a wire mesh so that the base dries as well.

I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour.
