  1. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 3 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspground nutmeg
  6. 1/2 tspvanilla extract

  9. 4large banana crushed

    In a bowl combine flour, salt, nutmeg and baking powder

    Cream butter and sugar

  3. 3

    Add beaten eggs to creamed sugar and butter

  4. 4

    Mix well

  5. 5

    Add crushed bananas and vanilla

  6. 6

    Now mix in the flour with the nutmeg, salt and baking powder into wet mix

  7. 7

    Mix until smooth

  8. 8

    Bake @ 185°F Celsius for 50-60 minutes or until a tooth pick is interested and comes out dry
