Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupSalted Butter
  2. 1 cupWhite Sugar
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1 tspVanilla Extract
  5. 1 1/2 cupsAll-purpose Flour
  6. 1 tspBaking Soda
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 cupSour Cream
  9. 2Brown Bananas

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

    In large bowl smooth together melted butter and sugar.

    Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.

  4. 4

    Combine in baking soda, salt and flour.

  5. 5

    Fold in sour cream and bananas.

  6. 6

    Bake at 325 for 70 minutes.

    Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
