Tired of eating just plain spaghetti? Try out this easy and budget friendly stir fry spaghetti recipe. You don't need a have a million ingredients. Just a few ingredients and you're good to go:-)

Ingredients

30 mins
1 person
  1. Spaghetti (as much as you like)
  2. Water
  3. 3 tbsps of Groundnut oil
  4. Pepper (as much as you want)
  5. Onions
  6. A pinch of salt
  7. Tomato paste /stew

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the spaghetti for at least 15 to 20 mins (or until it's soft)

  2. 2

    Drain off excess water using a sieve

  3. 3

    Grate or slice your onions and pepper. You can also add sausages, sweet corn, green peas and any other ingredients of your choice:-)

  4. 4

    In a pan, heat your oil and fry your stew/tomato paste, pepper and onions on a low heat. You can add a little salt too.

  5. 5

    Add your already boiled and sieved spaghetti to the sauce on the pan and stir well to incorporate the sauce.

  6. 6

    Serve with chicken, fish, egg or any other protein of your choice.
