  1. 1_2 little milk
  2. 100 gmmawa
  3. 1_2 cup sugar dust
  4. 1 cupmilk powder
  5. Cardamom powder
  6. 1 pinchsaffron
  7. 1 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take ghee in a pan and put 1/2 it milk in it. Keep stirring and saffron milk and mawa and mix well. Add sugar and mix well.

    Then add cardamom powder and keep stirring until it becomes smooth dough. Take a modak mould and grease it with ghre put the mixture in mould and fold it.remove excess mixture and make the rest in same way.

    Finally saffron mawa modak ready to be served.
