Ingredients

Serves: 2 servings
  1. 300 gpotatoes diced
  2. 300 gcubed chicken breast
  3. 300 gmozzarella cheese
  4. 1/4 cupflour
  5. 3 tbspbutter
  6. 1/2 cupcelery (optional)
  7. 1 sprigRosemary
  8. 2 tspmaggi chicken powder
  9. 1 tsponion powder
  10. 1 tspblack pepper
  11. 1/2of oregano
  12. 1 tspcomplete seasoning
  13. 1/2 cupsweet corn

Cooking Instructions

    Put a sauce pan on fire

  2. 2

    Add the butter and melt. When it's  completely  melted. Add the garlic  and  rosemary, fry till fragrant.

    Add the flour gradually  to make a roux on low heat.

  4. 4

    Gradually  add all of the milk, potatoes  and chicken  breast.

  5. 5

    Add the seasoning,  oregano, onion powder, black pepper  and complete seasoning.

    Stir and cook and high heat for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Add celery and cook for another 5 minutes (optional)

  8. 8

    Finally  add the mozzarella  cheese and stir. All the cheese to melt while simmering  on low heat for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Add sweet corn and serve hot!
