Ingredients

  1. 1 sliceHam
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1/8Cucumber
  4. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  5. 1 sliceSliced bread
  6. 1Butter
  7. 1Mayonnaise
  8. 1Ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bread in half.

  2. 2

    Break the egg into a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Mix the egg with chopsticks, to make large scrambled eggs.

  4. 4

    It's better to make the sandwiches with scrambled eggs with large curds, rather than finely scrambled.

    Slice the cucumber diagonally.

  6. 6

    Toast the bread.

  7. 7

    Spread the toast thinly with butter, then top with ham, egg, cucumber, ketchup and mayonnaise to finish.
