Stuffing
Set a pan on High heat.add oil,garlic, and spring onion bulbs,stir and cook on high heat for half mins. - 2
Further add the remaining ingredients of the feeling, stir and cook on high heat for half minute. Mix well and spread spring onions green. Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down.

For spring roll wrapper:
Make dough with wheat maida and corn flour add some salt as per test. Then make small roti and after that spread some oil and maida in between 2 roties.make 2 of 8 roties. - 4
Cook rotiies on hot pan. after half minute Roast another side then efficiently pull out one roti of upper side then turn then pull out one roti and as on full all rotis and put them on grill or plate for 5 minute.

After that make two tablespoon slurry with the help of corn flour and water.

After that take a spring roll wraper and sufficient amount of vegetable feeling. Apply slurry on the edges and roll to seal the edges. If you notice minor crack apply little slurry and deep fry them until crisp and golden brown in colour.Make all the spring roll in this way.

Hot and crispy spring rolls are ready to serve. Cut in pieces and served with ketchup. Or any deep of your choice.
