Ingredients

  1. FOR THE FLOUR PAINT MIXTURE,4 tins of flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. Halftspn baking powder&a pinch of salt,water as required
  4. for the fillings
  5. I medium chopped cabbage
  6. 5fresh carrots 🥕
  7. Curry&thyme
  8. to tasteMaggi and salt
  9. Sliced onions
  10. Grated pepper(attarugu)
  11. Sliced green pepper (optional)
  12. Halfkilo of beef
  13. Grinded fresh Garlic
  14. FOR THE EQUIPMENTS:
  15. paint brush
  16. Non-stick pan#
  17. Whisker
  18. Note:meat for samosa & vegetables for spring rolls fillings

Cooking Instructions

    Cook your beef meat together with seasoning and other ingredients of your choice that will give it a pleasant aroma.Cook till soft and grind it using a motar and pestel keep it aside.in a clean pan, add little amount of oil,add the garlic,pepper and onions (2large sliced onions)fry for some time add the grinded meat stir fry it when it's almost done add your Curry and thyme and green pepper,add some seasoning and keep aside the filling for samosa is ready

    For the spring rolls filling,in a pan,add small quantity of oil,add the grinded garlic &2 large sliced onions,pepper and diced carrots 🥕 fry untill the carrot is soft add the chopped cabbage, seasoning and Curry when the cabbage fries for some minutes take it off from.fire

    For the flour paint, in a bowl,sieve the flour,add the baking powder,a pinch of salt and eggs,using a whisker,add water little by little untill the paint mixture is done not too watery and not too sticky,

    Place your non stick fry pan on a low medium heat a half spoon oil and rub with a clean tissue,using a brush,paint the pan with the mixture, make sure every where is painted carefully without any hole in it,when it's done it will start to liftup by itself,then it's ready for making the samosa and spring rolls repeat the same process until you're done

    Place it on a chopping board,cut in to 4 equal halves,take one side and rub your glue that is the flour mixture,flip the other side,add a spoon of meat filling in it and close it with the other side forming a triangular shape, and for the spring rolls put 1 1/2 spoon of the vegetable filling and fold it like a mat,u will have 24,pieces of samosa and. 8 pieces of spring rolls approximately!

    Your samosa and spring rolls are ready,fry in hot oil or keep frozen!
