Ingredients

  1. 7Spring roll Wrappers
  2. Oil for deep frying
  3. Filling
  4. 1\2 cabbage shredded
  5. 2carrots shredded
  6. 2bell pepper strip cut
  7. 2onions chopped
  8. 2green pepper strip cut
  9. 1 tbspseasoning powder
  10. Pinchsalt
  11. 1\2 tsp of mixed spices
  12. 1 tbsoil

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil, and saute onion

  2. 2

    Add all the veggies fry on hight flame until half done

  3. 3

    Add seasoning, salt and spices mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Off the flame

  4. 4

    Spread one wrapper, place a spoonful of stuffing

  5. 5

    Roll one edge towards the inner side covering the stuffing

  6. 6

    Bring the sides to the center

  7. 7

    Dampen the left over edge and roll the wrapper to seal

  8. 8

    In a pan heat oil, add the rolls and fry until golden

  9. 9

    Remove them on kitchen tissue
