Chili Lasagna on a cold day.

Some people believe chili isn't supposed to have beans. This chili Lasagna has no beans. Some folks say chili shouldn't have tomato products. Well you make it the way you like. I have found out tomato flavors with corn tortillas is amazing! So here it is without the beans. I used 3 Mexican cheeses and sharp cheddar cheese. Top it off with some sour cream.

There is something about the amazing taste of corn tortillas and tomato sauce based recipes, like they harmonize since the beginning of existence!!

I been having issues with gas build up of the food I have eaten. So I used this Asafetida powder and it didn't bother me with eating beans in my Chili. No gas attacks.
