  1. Halfmudu flour
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 3 tablespoonssugar
  5. 1small sachet yeast
  6. Vegetable oil for frying

    Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, add warm water and mix until smooth

    Cover your soft dough until doubled in size

  3. 3

    Add vegetable oil in your pan until hot then use your hands and make da shape of the fankasu and fry it until golden brown then you can serve with the soup of your choice
