  1. 500 gTomato Puree
  2. Vegetable Oil 11/2cksp
  3. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  4. Fresh Turmeric (grated)1/2tsp
  5. 1/2 tbsCurry Powder
  6. 1 tbsOnga Classic Seasoning Powder
  7. 1/4 tspMixed Spices
  8. Fried Fish
  9. 120 gSliced Ugu
  10. Water(controlled)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up oil,when hot,add tomato Puree,stir fry on low heat for 1min,add lil water and other ingredients,stir well,you may cover for faster cooking,bring to boil as you increase flame to med

    Now,taste to adjust with any ingredient of choice

    Add ugu,stir in, reduce flame to low

  4. 4

    After 1min,add fried fish,cook for 1min

  5. 5

    Plate and enjoy with rice

  6. 6
