Ingredients

  1. 2 packssausages
  2. 2eggs
  3. Flour
  4. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar
  7. Milk
  8. Skewers
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut each sausage into half

  2. 2

    Wash and boil sausage with little salt

  3. 3

    Strain and pat dry with a paper towel,sprinkle some flour,insert it in a skewer

  4. 4

    For the batter,sieve flour in a bowl,add baking powder,sugar,salt,milk and egg,mix to form a batter

  5. 5

    Pour the batter in a tall cup,dip it in the batter

  6. 6

    Heat up oil in a pan and fry on a low heat

  7. 7
