  10. 2 tbspGarlic, ginger paste
  11. 2 tbspSeasame seeds
  12. 2 tbspsunflower seeds
  13. 3 tbspKanda lasun chatani
  14. 1/4 cupcauliflower
  15. Curry leaves

  17. 1 tspMustard and jeera seeds
  18. 2 tbspgroundnut seeds
  19. 2 tbspgroundnut powder
  20. 1/4 cupgreen chick peas

    Peel matar,and flat beans,cut brinjal,onion,tomato. wash all vegetables,cut carrot,spring onion,cauliflower,peel the val papdi

    Make garlic ginger paste,and grind Seasame seeds,and sunflower seeds

    In a pot add some oil give tadaka of musterd seeds,,jeera and curry leaves,toss the onion and tomato now add ginger garlic paste and Seasame seeds now add the vegetables toss all vegetables add Kanda lasun chatani add some water and cover with lead and cook for 6 to 7 min

    Now add ground nut powder and coriander leaves eat with bajara roti this is specially made for bhogi.in mahashtra
