Ingredients

one bowl
  1. 250 gramridge card
  2. 1tomato chopped
  3. 1big onion Chopped
  4. 2 tablespooncrushed peanut
  5. 1 tablespoonKanda lahsun masala
  6. Half tablespoon garam masala
  7. Half table spoon salt
  8. 8-10curry leaves
  9. 2 tablespoonoil
  10. Half teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. Half teaspoon mustered seeds
  12. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander

    First of all take ridge guard.waash it thoroughly and then remove the upper skin. Now great it with greater so that it is easily cooked. Now take a pan and keep on medium flame add oil and make a tadka with the help of mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Now add curry leaves and chopped onion. Stir it till onion become transparent.

    Then add chopped onion and soute it said by side add kandalasun masala, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt as per test,mix it well and little bit water so that our masala become nicely cooked.

    Now add grated turai and mix it well. Add half glass of water and keep plate on it keep this on medium flame for 5 to 7 minute.

    When water is soaked add crushed peanut and coriander and mix it well and then switch off the flame after cooling transfer in tiffin box. Sar with chapati roti or rice.
