I highly commend you for using freshly made spring roll wrappers to ensure the spring rolls are super crispy. But if you have leftovers, remember the wrapper should be covered with a cloth or place in air-tight container to avoid softening back.

Ingredients

30 minutes
10 Sheets
  1. 1 cupmenda flour/all-purpose flour
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. as neededLukewarm waters
  5. Required oil to apply on chapati
  6. Required dry Flour to sprinkle on chapati

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take flour in a bowl.
    Add oil and salt.
    Crumble well.
    Add water little by little and Knead a soft dough like roti.
    Give rest for 10 minutes.

    After resting, knead again and make Equal size small balls.
    Now roll a small chapati with the help of dry flour.
    Spread oil, then sprinkle dry flour.
    Join two Chapati together and roll it to make a big size thin roti.

    Heat tawa on medium flame.
    Roast Chapati by flipping both the side quickly.
    Remove from the tawa.
    Separate them and cover in the cotton cloth to not getting dry.
    Spring roll sheets (wrappers) are ready.
    Use as required and enjoy.
