Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

I saw a picture of scallops wrapped in bacon on a frozen food package at the supermarket, so I copied it.

The butter is only used to bring out the bacon fat, so you only need a little. Even with a small amount, it still has a buttery flavour. For 8. Recipe by Yukirinrin

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 6Scallops
  2. 8 sliceBacon
  3. 1 tspButter
  4. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 1 pinchKatakuriko

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dust one side of the bacon with katakuriko and wrap around the scallops, then secure the ends with toothpicks. If the bacon slices are too wide, fold in half.

    Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the scallops, and cook both sides over low heat.

  3. 3

    When the scallops are cooked through, drizzle soy sauce and cook until browned.
